How Do I Accept a Facebook Access Request From SoCast for My Radio Station Page?
Depending on your version of Meta Business Manager, the steps to approve an access request from SoCast may vary. Follow the instructions below so SoCast can manage your sponsored ads and digital campaigns effectively.
Before You Start
Only Page admins can approve access requests. You must have Page admin permissions in Meta Business Manager to complete these steps.
Option 1: Approve the Access Request in Meta Business Manager
- Log in to Meta Business Manager at business.facebook.com.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Select the Requests tab.
- Find and click Accept on the access request from SoCast Digital.
- Enter your password to verify your identity.
- Once approved, SoCast will receive a notification and can begin setting up sponsored ads for your Page.
Option 2: Approve Partner Requests as a Business Manager Admin
- Log in to Meta Business Manager at business.facebook.com.
- Go to Business Settings in the left sidebar, then click Requests.
- Click the Received tab to view businesses that have requested access to your Page (including SoCast Digital).
- Click Approve or Decline as needed.
Note: You may need to have your Page switched to the New Pages Experience to see the same options.
Option 3: Add the SoCast Operations Manager Directly
If you cannot find the access request, you can add our Operations Manager to your Page directly. This may require a brief virtual call with your Account Manager and our team for assistance.
- In Meta Business Manager, go to All Tools.
- Select Page Settings.
- Click Page Roles or Page Access. We will provide the Operations Manager’s information for you to add them directly. Please contact us at adsupport@socastdigital.com for these details.
