Accepting a Facebook "Access Request" from SoCast

Depending on which version of Business Manager you have, you may have different options in your pages 'Settings'.

Note: Only Page admins can approve requests. This only applies to those with Page admin permissions through Business Manager.
Option 1:

1. Log in to your Business Manager by going to business.facebook.com
2. Click "Settings" on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on the "Requests" tab
4. Accept the Access Request from "SoCast Digital"
5. Enter your password to verify.
6. We will get a notification that we have been granted Ads access and can start setting up sponsored ads on behalf of your page.

 





Option 2:

If you are a Business Manager Admin, you can approve partner requests in this way:

  1. Log in to your Business Manager: business.facebook.com
  2. Go to Business settings from your left sidebar. Then, click Requests.
  3. Click on the Received tab. You should see businesses that have requested access to your Page here. You should also see information about the user who has requested access and the business they belong to. (Example: SoCast Digital)
  4. Click Approve or Decline.


You may need to have your page switched over to "New Pages Experience" to see the same options.

Option 3:

Alternatively, you can add our Operations Manager to the page internally if you cannot find the access request. You will likely need to set up a virtual call with us, and your Account Manager to walk you through this.

1. Go to: "All tools"

2. Go to: "Page Settings"

3. Click "Page Roles", or “Page Access”, and we will provide the information of our Operation Manager for the next steps to be added directly. Please contact us at: adsupport@socastdigital.com for this information.
