Info If you transitioned to SoCast via PromoSuite, you will not have access to the contesting feature. Please contact PromoSuite for more details.

Tips

Tip Add an Activity Stream to your contest to:

  • Pull in related contest material (such as a contest-specific hashtag).
  • Promote or share sponsor social posts.

Note For photo contests: User-submitted photos must be in JPG or PNG format and under 10 MB.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Promotions > Contest > All Contests.
  2. Click the Add Contest button.
  3. Contest Type: Select the type of contest you want to create (Photo, Video, Music, Story, Trivia, Sweepstakes).
  4. Contest Name: Enter the name of your contest.

  5. Drag-and-Drop Editor: Use the editor to enter the description for your contest. This description appears at the top of the contest page and below the header image throughout the contest. You can add content using any available widgets, or by using the Text Editor or HTML Editor.

  6. When your contest content is ready, continue to the Contest Flow section.
