Can I Limit Search Results to a Specific Category Using the Search Bar in SoCast Engage?
No, it is not currently possible to narrow search results to a specific category using the Search Bar in SoCast Engage. The search bar will display results from all categories. Search results are prioritized as follows: 1) full sentence matches in the post title, 2) results with all search terms in the title, 3) results with any search terms in the title, and 4) full sentence matches in the post content. Within each group, results are sorted by publication date. You can filter by author or content type (Articles, Pages, or Contests), but not by category.
