Can I Upload Audio Files to SoCast Engage?

You can upload audio files (e.g., MP3s) to the Media Library in SoCast Engage and insert them into your pages or blog posts. Please note the maximum file size is 100MB.

Uploading an Audio File

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.

  2. Navigate to Media > Add Media.

  3. Click Upload Files and select your audio file (MP3 format, up to 100MB).

  4. Once uploaded, the file will be stored in your Media Library and available to use in posts or pages.

Inserting Audio into a Page or Blog Post

In Classic Mode

  1. Open the page or blog post where you want to add the audio.

  2. Place your cursor where you want the audio player to appear.

  3. Click Add Media.

  4. Select your uploaded audio file from the Media Library and click Insert into Page/Post.

  5. Click Update/Publish when finished.

In Backend Editor Mode

  1. Edit the page or blog post where you want to add the audio.

  2. Add an element and select Text Block.

  3. Within the Text Block, click Add Media.

  4. Choose your audio file from the Media Library and insert it.

  5. Save your changes and click Update/Publish.
