Your Social Media campaign (Meta Ads: FB/IG) has a number of metrics on the Delivery Report to explain results for your Advertiser. Here is an outline of what you will find on the report and the definitions for each metric:

Reach: the number of unique people who saw your ad
Clicks (all): The total number of times people engaged with your ad, including likes shares and comments
Clicks (Links): The number of times people engaged with links in your ad
CTR (All): The percentage of people who saw your ad and engaged with it, including likes, shares, and comments. Calculated by “clicks all” divided by “impressions”.
CTR (Links): The percentage of people who saw your ad and engaged with links in your ad. CTR Links = Calculated by “clicks links” divided by “impressions”.
