The Contact Form element lets you easily add and manage contact forms on your website. Use the Drag-and-Drop Editor to configure and place your form where you want it.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Widget Name: Enter a name for the widget. This name is only visible in the Drag-and-Drop Editor and does not appear on your website.
  2. Display Title: Choose whether to show the title on your website by selecting Yes or No from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enable CAPTCHA to Prevent Spam: Turn this on to add a CAPTCHA and help prevent spam submissions.

Note: Only one CAPTCHA verification can be added per page. On pages, a CAPTCHA can display at less than full width (for example, in a two-column layout with a sidebar, or a three-column layout without a sidebar). In a sidebar, the CAPTCHA must be full width.

  4. Contact Form: Use the dropdown menu to select the contact form you want to display.
    1. Create New: Click "Create New" to make a new contact form. This will redirect you to the Contact Form section.
    2. Reload List: If you recently created a contact form and it does not appear in the list, click the "Reload List" button to refresh your options.
