Before you publish your contest, review this checklist to confirm everything is set up correctly and ready to engage your audience:
- Select a contest category: Choose the appropriate category for your contest.
- Verify publish and expiry dates: Confirm that the contest will appear and end at the correct times.
- Add the contest to the Sticky Contest list: If you want your contest featured or highlighted, add it to the sticky list.
- Add a featured image for maximum impact: Upload a compelling image to attract more participants.
- Add the Contest Registration widget: Ensure the registration form or widget is included so listeners can easily enter.
- Check or edit the contest permalink to match your contest title: Update the contest URL for clarity and consistency.
- Check or edit your contest restrictions and legal: Review and update any restrictions or legal information to comply with your station’s requirements.
