SoCast offers three types of Activity Stream Conversations. These can be displayed and used on both desktop and the mobile app.
Types of Activity Stream Conversations
- Social Conversations: Includes Facebook posts and comments, Twitter hashtag searches, and @mentions. Admins can approve or reject these within the SoCast platform.
- Member & Anonymous Conversations: Includes member and anonymous comments submitted via desktop or the app. These can include photos, voice notes, or text. Admins can approve or reject comments, reply to them, or post their own content such as links, images, or comments.
- SMS Conversations: Includes SMS comments submitted via the app. Admins can approve, reject, or reply to these comments.
Activity Stream Conversations are a powerful way to engage your audience, moderate community interactions, and manage content across platforms. For more information or to enable these features, please contact your SoCast Account Manager.
