What Is the Member Experience When Entering a Contest in the Legacy SoCast Platform?

- All users with Promotions permissions

Note
New listeners must sign up and create a member account before they can enter a contest.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Sign In: Listeners who are already members can click the Sign In button.
- Go to the Sign In/Sign Up Page: After clicking Sign In, listeners are redirected to the Sign In/Sign Up page.
- Choose a Sign In Method: Listeners can sign in with Facebook (if they originally registered with Facebook) or manually by entering their member email address and password.
- Access the Contest Form: Once signed in, members are redirected to the contest entry form, which they must complete to enter the contest.
- Submit the Contest Form: After completing the form and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, members are redirected to a Thank You page.
- Confirmation: Once members see the “Thanks For Your Entry” message, they have successfully entered the contest.
