Exporting Gravity Form Entries in CMS
In order to access the Forms panel within the Express CMS Dashboard, you will need a
role of Author or higher. If you do not have this level of access please submit a request
by going to https://support.socastdigital.com/
From the Express CMS Dashboard on the left hand side. In the menu, scroll down to
Forms, while hovering over it a side menu will appear. Within it click ‘Import/Export.’
You should now be on the Import/Export page with the Export Entries tab selected.
From the dropdown selection choose your form you’d like to export.
Once the form fields load, select those you’d like to export by using the checkboxes,
then click Download Export File at the bottom.
The exported file will saved in .csv format. This will create a spreadsheet that is
usable in Microsoft Excel. If formatting is off you can always clear it by clicking the eraser icon with Excel. This
will strip the existing formatting.
