You can moderate blog posts by restricting user permissions so they can only publish to a specific blog category that is not publicly visible on your website. Follow these steps:
Users will only be able to save blog posts to the Draft category. Once you have reviewed the content, you can move the post to a category that appears on your website. Note that users will only be able to see posts in the categories they have permission to access, as well as any uncategorized posts.
To moderate social posts, instruct users to schedule all posts on the content calendar in advance.
Additionally, ensure that the Manage Other Users’ Posts permission is not enabled for these users in their permission settings.
