How Do I Add a Downloadable Document (e.g. Application Form) to a Blog Post or Page in SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Go to the Media Library on the left panel.
  3. Upload your document (e.g. DOC or PDF file) to the Media Library.
  4. Once uploaded, click on the file and copy its media file URL.
  5. Navigate to the blog post or page where you want to add the document.
  6. In the text editor, select the text you want to link to the document.
  7. Click the link icon in the toolbar and paste the copied file URL.
  8. Preview the post or page to confirm the link works as expected.
  9. When satisfied, click Publish to save your changes.

Alternative Method:

  1. Go to Website > Website Structure > Sidebars.
  2. Edit the sidebar where you want to add the link.
  3. Click on the image widget for your promotion and click "Edit." In the image settings, replace the image link with the copied file URL.
  4. Click Save Changes and then Update.
