How Do I Add a Downloadable Document (e.g. Application Form) to a Blog Post or Page in SoCast Engage?
- Log in to SoCast Engage.
 
- Go to the Media Library on the left panel.
 
- Upload your document (e.g. DOC or PDF file) to the Media Library.
 
- Once uploaded, click on the file and copy its media file URL.
 
- Navigate to the blog post or page where you want to add the document.
 
- In the text editor, select the text you want to link to the document.
 
- Click the link icon in the toolbar and paste the copied file URL.
 
- Preview the post or page to confirm the link works as expected.
 
- When satisfied, click Publish to save your changes.
 
Alternative Method:
- Go to Website > Website Structure > Sidebars.
 
- Edit the sidebar where you want to add the link.
 
- Click on the image widget for your promotion and click "Edit." In the image settings, replace the image link with the copied file URL.
 
- Click Save Changes and then Update.
