How Do I Add or Edit a Page in My Website's Navigation Bar?

  • All users who have: Manage Page Navigation Permissions
  • This is applicable to: All themes

These instructions are used to add, re-order, or remove pages from your website’s primary and footer menu navigation.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: Website>Pages
  2. In the [Navigation] module in the right column, click the this [Add Menu item] button at the bottom of the module. Fill in the “add new menu item” pop up window:
  3. Item Type — choose from one of the following:
    1. Page
    2. Link
  4. Promotion
    1. Page — Select which page you want to add from the drop-down menu
    2. Target -Select whether you want your page to open in the:
  5. Current window
  6. New window
    1. Publish Date — Set the date for when you want your page published to the site
    2. Expiry Date — Set the date for when you want your page to expire from the site

  7. Click the [Add] button
  8. Once added, you can re-order the page by dragging it up and down.
  9. To make one page appear in a sub-menu beneath another page, drag the page to the left or right to indent into a sub-menu.
