How Do I Add an SMS Conversations Profile Image?

These are the instructions for adding a SMS Conversations Profile Image. This is the image that appears when a message is submitted via SMS from a user. Outgoing SMS replies from the account use the account logo.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
  2. Scroll to 'SMS Conversations Profile Image'.
  3. Click the 'SMS Conversations Profile Image' button. Upload an image from your computer, or choose one from the media library.
  4. SMS Conversations Profile Image must be a minimum size of 100px by 100px and in the format: JPG, PNG, GIF
