How Do I Add a Sponsor Logo to the Mobile App Launch Screen in SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Go to the Mobile App section and select Mobile App Settings.
  3. Under the General tab, scroll down to the Promo Screen section.
  4. Click Add Media to upload the sponsor logo.
  5. Once the logo has been uploaded, click Save.
  6. Please note that it may take about 10-15 minutes for any changes to appear in the app.
