How Do I Add A Staff Comment Logo?

These are the instructions for adding a 'staff comment' logo. This is the logo image that appears in the message header in the activity stream when the comment is submitted by a staff member.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
2. Scroll to 'Staff Comment Logo'.
3. Click the 'Staff Comment Logo' button. Upload an image from your computer, or choose one from the media library.
4. Staff Comment Logos must be a minimum size of 110px by 70px and in the format: JPG, PNG, GIF
