Facebook comments from any pages that:
- You have moderation access to
- Is a public Facebook page
- You have set up the login credentials for in your social settings here: http://admin.socastsrm.com/settings/social
To do that, go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/feed/conversation , select "Facebook page" as the conversation source, and enter the page URL in the field below before clicking Save:
e.g. https://www.facebook.com/username
Twitter @ Mentions for a profile that:
- You have moderation access to
- Is a public Twitter profile
- You have set up the login credentials for in your social settings here: http://admin.socastsrm.com/settings/social
To do that, go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/feed/conversation , select "Twitter Page (mentions)" as the conversation source, and enter the page URL, or the account name in the field below before clicking Save:
