Follow these instructions to add your account’s (station’s) default legal documentation, such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Contest Rules, and Sign-Up legal text.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/legal
- Terms of Service Copy: Set up your account’s “Terms of Service Statement” legal copy. Click the “Download Template” link to access MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed and modified by your legal counsel before use.
- Privacy Statement Copy: Set up your account’s “Privacy Statement” legal copy. Click the “Download Template” link to access MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed and modified by your legal counsel before use.
- Contest Rules: Set up your account’s “Contest Rules” legal copy. Click the “Download Template” link to access MS Word documents. These documents should be reviewed and modified by your legal counsel before use.
- Sign-Up and Settings Legal Footer: Add the legal copy that appears below the email subscription options on the user sign-up and settings pages. These documents should be reviewed and modified by your legal counsel before use.
- Click the Save button to apply your changes.
