How Do I Access the SoCast Support Portal to View My Tickets?

Accessing knowledge base articles and submitting support tickets doesn't require logging into the SoCast Support Center. However, monitoring your currently active tickets does require login. The following are instructions for signing up in the SoCast Support Center.
  1. Go to the SoCast Support Center sign up page: https://support.socastdigital.com/portal/en/signup
  2. Fill out the required information to create your user account.
  3. After completing the sign up process, you will be able to log in and access the SoCast Support Center.
