How Do I Create an Activity Stream Conversation Blacklist?

This article provides step-by-step instructions for creating and managing the comments blacklist for Activity Stream Conversations.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream (Social > Activity Streams > Activity Stream Settings)
- Scroll to the Blacklisted Words section.
- Add the words you want to blacklist from activity stream conversations.
- If any member comment, social post, or SMS message contains any of these words, it will be marked as rejected.
- Enter one word per line. The system matches whole words only.

To match words within other words, use an asterisk (*):
- word will only match "word".
- word* will match "word", "WordPress", etc., but not "foreword".
- *word* will match "word", "WordPress", "foreword", etc.
