How Do I Edit The 'Anonymous User Name'?

These are the instructions for editing the 'Anonymous User Name'. This is the user name displayed when a message is submitted anonymously.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
  2. Scroll to 'Enable Anonymous Conversations'
  3. Click 'Enabled'
  4. The 'Anonymous User Name' box will appear
  5. Enter the new label you wish to use for anonymous users
