How Do I Edit User Permissions in SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Go to Admin > Users.
  3. Click on the name of the user you want to edit.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Customize the user's permissions by ticking or unticking the relevant options.
  6. To adjust which sites the user can access, modify the site designations as needed.
  7. After making changes, have the user log out and log back in to see the updated permissions.
