How Do I Enable Anonymous Conversations?

  • All users who have the 'Manage Accounts' permission & the 'Manage Activity Streams Conversation' permission

These are the instructions for enabling or disabling anonymous conversations.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
  2. Scroll to 'Enable Anonymous Conversations'
  3. Using the drop-down menu, select 'enabled' or 'disabled'
  4. Enabling anonymous conversations allows users to submit messages without logging in or signing up. The system will automatically attempt to reduce spammers but moderation is suggested to prevent unwanted messages.
