These are the instructions for enabling or disabling conversation moderation.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
- Scroll to 'Enable Conversation Moderation'
- Using the drop-down menu, select 'enabled' or 'disabled'

Enabling conversation moderation will require all member comments, social posts, and SMS messages to be approved before appearing in the activity stream. Otherwise, conversations will automatically appear once submitted. Conversations containing blacklisted words will always be automatically rejected.
