- Staff comments are automatically approved, even when moderation is enabled.
Follow these steps to enable or disable conversation moderation for your activity stream:
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/activityStream
- Scroll down to Enable Conversation Moderation.
- Use the drop-down menu to select Enabled or Disabled.

When enabled: All member comments, social posts, and SMS messages must be approved before appearing in the activity stream. If moderation is disabled, conversations will appear automatically once submitted. Conversations containing blacklisted words will always be automatically rejected.
