To ensure that GIFs animate properly on your SoCast Engage website, make sure the image size setting for the GIF is set to Full when adding it to your page. If the image size is set to Large or any other option, the GIF may not animate as expected.

Steps:

1. Log in to SoCast Engage.

2. Edit the page or section where you want to add the GIF.

3. In WPBakery Page Builder, click the (+) icon to search and add the widget called Single Image.

4. Insert the GIF, and when prompted, select Full as the image size.

5. Save your changes.

This will ensure your GIFs display and animate correctly on your website.
