How Do I Find Contact Form Submissions in SoCast?

• All users with the Manage Contact Forms permission

Note: Once a form is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Website > Forms > Submissions.
2. Use the Filter menu to select Forms, then choose the specific form you want to view.
3. Click Show Submissions.

• Click the arrow at the end of a submission to view all the fields the person submitted.
• To export the list of submissions, click Export at the top of the page.

Exporting submissions may take up to 1 hour, depending on the amount of information being exported.
