How Do I Find Contact From Submissions?
This Article Is For:
- All users who have 'Manage Contact Forms' permission
- This is applicable to: All Themes
Please note that once a form is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to Website > Forms > Submissions
2. Filter: On the same screen, using the drop down menu, select "Forms", and choose the form that you wish to retrieve submissions from
3. Click [Show Submissions]
*** By clicking on the little arrow at the end of the entry, you can view a list of the fields that person filled out
*** To export the list of submissions, click on the button up top that says [Export]
Exports of information may take approximately 1 HR depending on how much info is being exported
