Requirements:
- Must have already created an iContact or iContact Pro account
- To find the iContact Info for your SoCast Account Settings, you must have admin access to your company's iContact Account
As iContact, and iContact Pro update their system, these instructions will act as a general resource for finding your client folder ID. Some of these steps and screenshots may change, This ID should be added to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/email
Step-by-step guide
- Log into your iContact or iContact Pro account
- In the top right, under your name click on 'Settings & Billings'
- Then click on 'API'
- Find your Account/Station Name
- Click on 'View Details'
- Scroll down to 'Account Information'
- Copy the 'Client Folder ID'
- Paste this into the 'iContact Profile ID'
