How Do I Find My Push Notification History in the SoCast Platform?
Who Is This For?
This article is for:
- All users with the "Manage Mobile App Notifications" permission
- Applicable to both single-tenant and multi-tenant apps
Requirements
Before you begin:
- Your station or brand must have purchased the SoCast Mobile App package.
- You must have the appropriate permissions granted by your SoCast Account Manager.
Note
If you experience a failed notification, please submit a ticket to the SoCast Support Desk.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Your push notification will appear in one of the following statuses:
- Pending (waiting to be sent)
- Sent (delivered)
- Failed (was not sent)
- Go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/mobile/notifications and select the status you want to view (Pending, Sent, or Failed).

- You can filter by notification group to view specific notifications.

- Click Filter to display the results.
