How Do I Find Out How Many Subscribers My Push Notification Group Has?

This Article Is For:

  • All users who have: Manage Mobile App Notifications Permissions
  • This is applicable to: Single Tenant App & Multi-Tenant App

Requirements:

  • Station/brand have already purchased the SoCast Mobile App package
  • Have been given the above listed permissions by your SoCast Account Manager.

For each push notification group you will see a percentage of 'subscribers'. These rates are based on subscribers that accepted the initial opt-in for push notifications.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/mobile/notifications
  2. Click on the "Groups" tab
  3. Subscription rates are provided by group
