How Do I Grant Access to Create Express Events in AMP Engage?

  1. Log in to AMP Engage as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to the user management section.
  3. Locate the user who needs access to create Express Events.
  4. Change the user's role to Admin.
  5. Ask the user to log out and log back in for the new permissions to take effect.

Once the user has Admin access, they will be able to create Express Events in SoCast Engage.
