How Do I Interpret Campaign Dates and Reporting Periods in SoCast Reach Delivery Reports?

Overview

In SoCast Reach delivery reports, the date range shown in the campaign name (typically at the top of the report) does not represent the reporting period you are currently viewing. The actual reporting period for the data displayed appears on line three of the report. Always refer to the dates on line three to understand which dates the data covers. This ensures you are viewing accurate delivery and impression numbers for the selected timeframe.

How to Find the Correct Reporting Period

  1. Open your SoCast Reach delivery report.
  2. Note the date range in the campaign name at the top—this is not the reporting period.
  3. Look at line three of the report to find the actual reporting period being displayed.
