How Do I Manage My Homepage Navigation in SoCast?

Follow these instructions to manage, add, or delete pages from your website's navigation.
Step-by-Step Guide
Managing the Homepage Navigation
- Go to Website > Pages.
- On the right-hand side, locate the Navigation section.
- Scroll down to the Home Page section.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the page you want to assign as your homepage.
Adding or Removing Menu Navigation Items
- Select whether you want your navigation to appear in the Primary (top of the page) or Footer (bottom of the page) area.
- To add a navigation item, click Add Menu Item.
- Choose to add an existing page, a link, or a promotion you have created.
- To add a current page, select Page and choose the desired page to add to your navigation.

- Under Target, choose whether the navigation item opens in the current browser window or a new one.
- Set a publish and removal date if you want the navigation item to appear only for a limited time (ideal for promotions or contests).
- To add a link, select Link. Enter a name for your link under the Title field, and specify the URL.

- Again, you can set the target window and schedule publish/removal dates for the link.
- To add a promotion, select Promotion and choose the promotion you want to add to the navigation.

- Set the target window and schedule publish/removal dates as needed.
- All your navigation items will be listed below as you add them.
- To create a sub-navigation (dropdown menu), drag the desired page(s) to the right beneath the main navigation item. For example, "Buy & Sell" and "Real Estate Listing" can be shifted to the right to appear as sub-navigation items.
