Requesting In-App Content Analytics from SoCast
SoCast can provide a high-level overview of base metrics from within the mobile app for the previous month, upon request. This report is in a standard, non-customizable format and is only available for the most recent month prior to your request.
To request a previous month’s in-app analytics report, email support@socastdigital.com and include your broadcast company name, call letters, and app name.
Note: In 2021, if you require in-app content analytics, your mobile app(s) will transition to individual Google Firebase accounts managed directly by your team. Further instructions and details will be provided at the appropriate time.
