Important Notes
- Please allow up to 3 hours for ads to start displaying correctly before contacting Google Ad Manager support. If it has been longer than 3 hours, you can contact Google support here.
- To ensure your ad is mobile-responsive, you must edit the ad code within Google Ad Manager.
- The word “Advertisement” will appear as soon as ad code is saved in the ad slot.
- The “Advertisement” label cannot be turned off. This adheres to best practices and ethical standards. Google and Apple have increased enforcement of clear ad labeling, which impacts search rankings and compliance.
Step-by-Step Guide to Placing an Ad
- Navigate to Website > Website Settings > Advertising.
- Scroll down to the Ad Units section.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon beside the ad unit you want to edit or add.
- In the pop-up window, enter your ad code, then click Save.
