How Do I Prevent My Google Play Developer Account From Being Marked as Inactive When Using SoCast Mobile Apps?

  1. Log in to your SoCast account and navigate to Mobile App > Mobile App Settings. Ensure all fields are completed, including branding images and colors (except for the Advertising tab).
  2. Go to Mobile App > Mobile App Submission Settings. Complete all required information for your store listings in Apple and Google Play. Make sure logos and images meet the specified dimensions.
  3. For the 'credentials' section under iOS and Android, use the options already listed in the drop-down menus (these are auto-filled for you).
  4. Once all information is complete, click the Submit button on the Submission tab (Mobile App > Mobile App Submission Settings > Submission). This will create a ticket for SoCast to update/build your app.
  5. After submission, SoCast will build your app within approximately 5 business days. You may test the app, and SoCast will submit it to the app stores on your behalf.
