How Do I Remove Older Stories From the Top of a Blog List in SoCast Engage?
If older stories are appearing at the top of a blog list in SoCast Engage, you can temporarily resolve this by making the affected posts sticky and then un-sticking them. This process will remove them from the top of the list:
- Log in to SoCast Engage.
- Navigate to the blog post that is appearing at the top of the list by clicking on Website > Blogs > Blog Posts.
- Edit the post and set it as "sticky." (On the right hand side, scroll down and look for Make Blog Post Sticky and click on the tick box.) Save your changes.
- Edit the post again and remove the "sticky" status. Save your changes.
This will refresh the post's position and remove it from the top of the blog list. If the issue persists, please contact SoCast support for further assistance.
