How Do I Reset a User Password in SoCast Engage?

  1. If a user is unable to log in to SoCast Engage due to an expired or forgotten password, an administrator can send a password reset link to the user's email address from the admin panel.
  2. The user should check their inbox for the password reset email. If the email does not appear, they should also check their junk or spam folder.
  3. Once the user receives the password reset email, they should follow the link provided to create a new password.
  4. After resetting the password, the user can log in to SoCast Engage at https://admin.socastsrm.com/.
