How Do I Resolve Issues With Push Notifications Not Being Received On iOS Devices In SoCast Engage?
- Log in to SoCast Engage.
- Navigate to Mobile App and select Mobile App Submission Settings.
- Click on the iOS tab and fill out all fields marked with an asterisk (*) as these are required.
- Under the Credentials tab, select the correct App Store/iOS credentials.
- Click Save to apply the changes for the iOS app.
- Repeat the same steps for the Android tab, ensuring all required fields are completed and the correct Google Play Store credentials are selected.
- Click Save to apply the changes for the Android app.
- Ensure that the app name in the Mobile App Submission Settings matches the app store listing name exactly, including spaces.
- Log in to your Apple Developer account and accept any outstanding agreements (such as the EU trader agreement) that may be required by Apple. If push notifications are still not working, review and complete any necessary agreements to restore service.
- Once all steps are complete, notify SoCast support so the maintenance check can be re-run for your app. After updating your Apple Developer account, allow 24–48 hours for the maintenance check to process before testing push notifications again.
