How Do I Set Up My Mobile App Format in SoCast?

Requirements

• Your station or brand must have purchased the SoCast Mobile App package.
• You must have the necessary permissions from your SoCast Account Manager.

Follow these instructions to choose your mobile app's format. The format you select will determine how your app appears to listeners.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/mobile
2. Navigate to Vitals > Account Format.
3. Select one of the following format options:
   1. News: Choose this if your website uses the "News" format. We recommend matching your app format to your website.
   2. Music: Choose this if your website uses the "Music" format. Again, we recommend matching your app format to your website.
   3. Multi-Tenant: Select this if your website hosts more than one radio stream. This is the recommended format for multi-stream stations.
