Requirements:
- Station/brand have already purchased the SoCast Mobile App package
- Cut ID provided by your station automation software
- Ad Sync must be enabled by your SoCast Account Manager
- Have been given the above listed permissions by your SoCast Account Manager.

Note:
- Please ensure that your users are using version 4.0.9 of the app or higher to ensure the data is being tracked correctly.

First, go to:
Website > Activity Stream Promo Posts
and click on the post that you want to track.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will be able to see the Delivery Report:

You have the option of selecting the following date ranges:
This month, last month, this week, last week or custom, where you can set a custom timeframe:

Depending on how the Promo Post is set up, the tab will display By Frequency, or By On Air Sync. If By Both is selected, you will get the following 3 tabs available:
- Summary shows the total combined clicks and views for all ways the ad is viewed (Frequency an On Air Sync), or you're able to select the other tabs if you want to only see the click and views from certain delivery methods.

The graph is able to quickly show you clicks and views at a glance, and if you click on each data point, it will show you how many clicks and views were registered that day.

By Frequency:

By On Air Sync: When the promo posts are measured by on air sync you will see a breakdown of clicks and views for each time the promo posts ran.

Exporting Data
: Click on the Export as CSV button above the graph and it will download a CSV file.

By Frequency:
When the promo posts are exported by frequency, you will see a breakdown of clicks and views for each day the promo posts ran, and the AD ID is the title used by the post.

By On Air Sync:
When the promo posts are measured by on air sync you will see a breakdown of clicks and views for each date and time the promo posts ran, and the AD ID is the Cut ID used by the post.
