How Do I Update the EEO Public File Report Link in SoCast Engage?
- Log in to your SoCast Engage admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Media in the left-hand menu.
- Click Add New Media Files and upload the updated EEO Public File Report (PDF).
- Once uploaded, select the file in the media library and copy its file URL.
- Go to Appearance > Menus.
- Select Footer Navigation at the top of the page.
- Find the EEO Report menu item and replace its URL with the new file URL you copied from the media library.
- Click Save Menu to apply your changes.
- Allow a few minutes for the changes to cache and appear live on your site.
