How Do I Update the Mobile App Logo in SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Navigate to Mobile App and select Mobile App Submission Settings.
  3. On the General tab, ensure all required fields (marked with an asterisk *) are filled out. Here, you can change the app icon and launch screen image.
  4. Click on the iOS tab and fill out all required fields. Under the Credentials section, select the correct App Store/iOS credentials. Click Save to apply changes to the iOS app.
  5. Repeat the same steps for the Android tab, ensuring all required fields are completed. Update the Featured Graphic and Notification Icon if needed. Under the Credentials section, select the correct Google Play Store credentials and click Save.
  6. Once all information is complete and saved, notify the SoCast team so they can submit the app build to update the logo on both platforms.

Note: If your Google Play Store credentials are not verified, you may need to re-add them:

  1. Go to Mobile App > Mobile App Submission Settings > Android.
  2. Scroll down to Credentials and click Add New.
  3. Fill out all required fields and click Save.

After completing these steps, inform SoCast support to proceed with the app update.
