These are the instructions for viewing and replying to Facebook conversations or comments.
Step-by-step guide

Go to the Social tab
-
If you do not have an Facebook stream added, please add one first. For further instruction please see: How Do I Configure A Social Stream? (New)
-
To respond to a Facebook comment, click on the "Facebook comment" icon. The stream will slide and display the "Conversation" stream view for the comment.

Clicking on "Comment" or the number of "Comments" in the Facebook stream will slide open and display the "Conversation" stream view for the comment.

Clicking on the number of "Likes" within the Facebook stream will open and display the "Likes" stream view
-
Clicking on the "Back" arrow in the header of the stream view returns the stream to its previous contents

Verified badges will display for verified Facebook accounts.

Stream items with video can be identified with the "Play" button marker and will show a thumbnail if available. -
Available thumbnails include: YouTube, Twitter Video, Twitter GIF, Facebook GIF (thumbnails are not available for Vimeo, Facebook Video Upload, Facebook Live Video)

Embeddable videos such as YouTube will open in the Media Preview modal

Videos that cannot be embedded due to API restrictions will open in a new tab (Vimeo, Twitter Video, Twitter GIF, Facebook Video Upload, Facebook Live Video)

Facebook GIFs are embeddable and should play in stream

Stream items with audio can be identified with the "Play" button marker and will show a thumbnail if available -
Embeddable audio opens in the Media Preview modal (member comment audio, Soundcloud)

Audio that cannot be embedded due to API restrictions open in a new tab
