Approve Access to a Page in a Business Portfolio

To give someone access to a Page in a business portfolio, you can approve their partner request from the business portfolio the Page is in.

Before You Begin

• Learn how business portfolio access and Page access work.
• If you have full control of the Page, you can approve the request. These steps only apply to someone who has full control of a business portfolio.
• If you don't have full control, send this article to someone who has full control of the business portfolio the Page is in to get your request approved.
• If you have made an access request, you must know who has permissions to accept the request. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot provide more information about who can accept your request.

Approve an Access Request from Your Page

If you have full control, you can approve access requests for your Page. The steps below only apply if you have full control.

1. Open your Page.
2. From the left menu, click Settings.
3. Click Page setup.
4. Next to Page access, click Next.
5. Click Review request.
6. Once you've verified the request, click Next.
7. If the permissions granted look correct, click Accept. You may need to re-enter your Facebook profile password first.

Approve Requests in Meta Business Manager

1. Go to Business settings.
2. Below Requests, click Other requests to view businesses requesting access to your Page and details about the requester.
3. Click Approve or Decline.
