How Do I Generate SoCast Reach Sales Delivery Reports for Advertisers?
Note: This process is typically completed by the sales person.
Step 1: Access the Live Report
- Ensure your campaign's Campaign Stage is set to In Flight.
- In your dashboard, look for the small graph icon to the far right of the campaign. This icon represents your Live Report. Click on it to access the report.
Note: If the graph icon does not appear in your dashboard but your campaign status is "In Flight," please report the missing Live Report to adsupport@socastdigital.com.
Step 2: Segment the Report by Date
- Within the Live Report, you can segment the data by selecting a Date From and Date To range. After choosing your dates, click Apply to filter the report accordingly.
Step 3: Review and Export the Report
Tip: The Overview page is the first page of the report and includes the most important metrics. You can print or save this page as a PDF by clicking the Print button.
- Use the available tabs to dive deeper into live campaign metrics. Many data categories can be exported to a CSV spreadsheet if needed.
