SoCast Reach Sales Reporting: Generating Delivery Reports For Advertisers

This process is generally done by the Sales Person

1. To access your campaign's Live Report, first make sure the "Campaign Stage" is "In Flight".
   
2. A small graph icon should appear to the far right of the campaign in the dashboard; this is your Live Report. Click on it.

(Note: If this graph does not show up in your dashboard, but your campaign status is "In Flight", please report that your Live Reports are missing to: adsupport@socastdigital.com)

1. You now have the opportunity to segment the report by "Date", by choosing a "Date From" and "Date To", and clicking "Apply"
   

The "Overview" Page is the first page of the report that includes the most important metrics, and can be printed or saved as a PDF by clicking the "Print" button:

1. The following tabs can be used to do a deeper dive into the live metrics of the campaign, and many of these data categories can be exported to a CSV spreadsheet if necessary.
