How To Give Facebook Access To A Business Page (New)

You must have Facebook access with full control to give someone else Facebook access. This article is meant for 'admins'.
In the new Facebook Pages experience, you can give people you trust Facebook access to your Page. People can have Facebook access with full control or partial control. Anyone with Facebook access to a Page must follow the Pages, Groups and Events policies.

Before You Begin

​You'll need to switch into your Page in order to manage it.


How To Give Someone Facebook Access To A Page

Click your page profile picture in the top right corner.
Click Settings and privacy



Select Settings.


Under Settings, click New Pages Experience.



  3. Select Page access.


  6. Find People with Facebook access, then click Add New.


  9. Click Next.

  11. Search for the person you’d like to give Facebook access by their name or email, then click to select them.
  12. If you want to give Facebook access with full control, turn on Allow this person to have full control.
  13. Note: When you give someone Facebook access with full control, they will have the same access as you. Learn more about Facebook access with full control.
  14. Select Give Access.

  16. Enter your password to confirm that you want to give them Facebook access to your Page.

  18. Select Confirm.

  19. To Mange An Existing User's Access To A Page

  20. Find the user, and click on the 3 dots beside their profile

  2. Click 'change access level'
  3. Click 'next' in the pop-up window
  4. In the next pop-up window choose the permissions that the user will need.
  5. To integrate with SoCast, a user will require the minimum of: Content, Community Activity, Messages & Calls. If using Meta Business Suite to update permissions, choosing 'Partial Access' instead of 'Total Access' should be fine.
