How To Handle "Invalid Data Safety" Notices For Google Play & Android Apps

Open your Google Play Console (Log into your Google Play account)
On the left, Scroll down to "App content"
Then Data safety > Manage
Overview click next
Answer the questions (then next):
Does your app collect or share any of the required user data types? Mark as "yes"
Is all of the user data collected by your app encrypted in transit? Mark as "yes"
Do you provide a way for users to request that their data is deleted? Mark as "yes"
Which of the following methods of account creation does your app support? Select all that apply (Optional)? Choose Username & Password
Request To Delete Information:
Any user with an account can delete their information at anytime. When logged in via the app or website, members will see an “account deletion” option available which will permanently delete their user within their profile.
1. Go to: https://enterwebsiteurl.com/login
2. Log in with your member credentials
3. Go to: https://enterwebsiteurl.com/settings
4. Click "Delete Account Permanently"
5. Confirm with prompt button
6. Account is now permanently deleted
- Do you provide a way for users to request that some or all of their data is deleted, without requiring them to delete their account? (Optional) 'no'
Go to "Device or Other IDs" and check it, then click "next
Check Device or other IDs and manage it
Answer the questions
Is this data collected, shared, or both? Answer "Collected"
Is this data processed ephemerally? Answer "yes"
Is this data required for your app, or can users choose whether it's collected? Answer "Users can choose whether this data is collected"
Why is this user data collected? Check off "App Functionality"
Click next and save
App will be put in "review" and then approved and released by the Google Play team.
