How Do I Make Changes to a Campaign Proposal in SoCast?
To update a campaign proposal’s Title, Flight Dates, Budget, Geolocation, Demographics, Audience Segments, or Campaign Objective, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Move the Proposal Back to Draft
To make any changes, the proposal must be in Draft status.
Click Change Proposal under Campaign Actions.
Note: You cannot make changes to a proposal if the Insertion Order has already been approved. If you need to update a proposal after approval, please email adsupport@socastdigital.com with specific instructions. Our team will assist you in making the necessary changes.
Step 2: Edit Campaign Creatives
To update the campaign creatives, click Edit Creatives.
