How Do I Make Changes to a Campaign Proposal in SoCast?
If you need to update the Title, Flight Dates, Budget, Geo-Location, Demographics, Audience Segments, or Campaign Objective of a campaign proposal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Return the Campaign to Draft Mode
To make changes, you must first put the campaign back into Draft mode:
- Click on Change Proposal under Campaign Actions.
Note: You cannot make changes to a proposal if the Insertion Order has already been approved. If you need to update a proposal after approval, please email adsupport@socastdigital.com with specific instructions. Our team will assist you in making the necessary changes.
Step 2: Edit Campaign Creatives
To update the campaign creatives:
- Click on Edit Creatives.
