I Can't Get The Audio Stream To Work, Any Suggestions?

These instructions are for use when you cannot get the audio stream to work when using our mobile app.

Step-by-step guide

Access to the audio stream is unavailable outside of Canada.  If you are located in Canada and the audio stream is not working, please make sure the following:

  1. That your device is connected to the internet via your data provider, or through a Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Ensure you have enabled cellular data in your device settings.
