I Need To "Pause" A Campaign - What Should I Do?

If you need to "pause" a campaign that is currently in-flight, please send an email to Ad Support so we can make sure the campaign is properly paused in the SoCast Dashboard, as well as in the DSP's back end.

Please include in the email: The company you work for, the market you are in, the name of the campaign, the campaign ID, and exact instructions on what you are looking for.
