If you need to pause a campaign that is currently running, please email Ad Support to ensure the campaign is properly paused in both the SoCast Dashboard and the DSP (Demand Side Platform) backend.
In your email, please provide the following details:
- Your company name
- The market you are in
- The name of the campaign
- The campaign ID
- Clear instructions on what you would like us to do (e.g., pause immediately, pause until a specific date, etc.)
